Once you have a game save, Conduit Rooms will automatically be unlocked, even if you have already started to progress through the game. You do not have to beat the easy and short arcade game however you must at least have a game save. In order to gain access to Conduit Rooms you must have played the Dead Space Ignition Game which you can find for purchase in either Xbox Live Arcade or the PlayStation Network. If you missed a few, you there are still more to be found in the upcoming chapters as well as automatically collected from the storyline. If you follow this guide from the beginning, you will unlock this achievement or trophy in Chapter 10 after fixing the Centrifuge.
